School fee
- The school fees as per fee book to be paid monthly.

The tuition and Laboratory fees cover twelve calendar months and
must be paid monthly or in advance.
- Monthly Fees are to be paid 05th to 15th of every month.

Fees for the months of February and March be paid in the month
February.

Payment by Cheque should be drawn in favour of ‘Holy Child
Auxilium School’. No outstation cheque will be accepted under any
circumstances.
Online payment has also been launched for the parents through
Campus Care. You need to log into your Campus Care parent ID to
use this facility.
- Fees once paid are not refundable.

The School reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of
the year if an increment is considered necessary by the Managing
Committee.

If fees are not paid by the due date, the child may be debarred
from sitting in class, and if the dues exceed 3 months fees, the
name be struck off the register, and to continue, the readmission
fee will be charged.

a) A pay-in-slip booklet is issued for
depositing the fees in the School. The booklet shall be collected
by the Parents/ Guardians from the class teacher/office of the
school in the beginning of the academic year, i.e. April.
(b) Parents should ensure that the
Admission No./Class/Section and the name of the student are duly
entered in the pay slip in order to avoid inconvenience.
(c) The School will not be responsible
for the payment not credited to the school account due to
inadequate/erroneous entries in the pay-in-slip or any other
reason.
