Admission Policy for the Admission 2020-2021
H.C. Auxilium – R.K. Puram (Nursery – V) & Vasant Vihar ( VI – XII)
New admissions are given only to the Nursery classes at Junior section in R.K. Puram Sector XII. Admission to other classes usually in the month of March, depends on vacancies available.
Parents/Guardians are asked to fill the Admission form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted. Signatures of both parents must be given on the admission form, and either signature will be valid for all transactions while the candidate continues to be in H.C. Auxilium School. The signing of the admission form establishes an undertaking by the parents that they will abide by the rules governing the school, as contained in the school prospectus or amended later.
At the time of admission, the Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation along with the photocopy should be produced and no affidavits will be accepted. Catholic students must produce Baptism certificate, membership card of their respective parish and a letter from the parish priest. The date of birth once registered will not be altered.
Students coming from a recognized school are required to bring a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended and also the Mark sheet of the last examination. Transfer certificate from a school outside Delhi must be countersigned by the Education Officer of the District concerned.
New pupils must be introduced to the principal by their parents or guardians who will be responsible for their regularity, conduct and fees.
The school does not charge capitation fees, offers of donations or bringing innuendoes to bear on the management with a view to gain admissions.
The Principal is the final authority in all matters of admission of individual students in the school.
One may consider herself admitted only after payment of all fees required at the time of admission. Subsequent withdrawal, or non-attendance on the required day will mean the cancellation of the admission and no refund will be considered.
